Tools Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tools provided by TotalHousehold PRO ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to the Lot Mapper Studio, Roof Visualizer, and any other digital tools accessible through totalhousehold.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the tools.

2. Description of Tools

TotalHousehold PRO provides web-based tools designed to assist real estate professionals, builders, and developers with:

Lot mapping and polygon detection from subdivision map images
CSV data mapping to lot polygons
Exporting interactive HTML embeds and JSON data
Roof visualization and shingle texture previews

3. Access Keys

Certain features, including export functionality, require an access key. Access keys are provided at the sole discretion of TotalHousehold PRO. You agree to:

Keep your access key confidential and not share it publicly
Use the access key only for authorized purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or circumvent access controls

4. User Data & Privacy

When requesting an access key, you may provide your email address and intended website URL. We use this information to:

Deliver the access key to your email
Understand how our tools are being used
Contact you regarding tool updates or policy changes

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the tools for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the tools' operation
Scrape, copy, or redistribute the tools' source code without permission
Misrepresent the tools as your own product

6. Intellectual Property

All tools, designs, source code, and related content are the intellectual property of TotalHousehold PRO. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the tools for their intended purpose.

Exported embeddable HTML files may be used on your own website, but must retain appropriate attribution where required.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The tools will be uninterrupted or error-free
Auto-detection results will be 100% accurate
Exported files will be compatible with all browsers or platforms

8. Limitation of Liability

TotalHousehold PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tools.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the tools after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
